The high-purity alumina produced by our company for heat conduction has a spherical shape and uniform particle size distribution. Silicone rubber has good dispersion, uniform distribution, and thermal conductivity. According to different filling amounts, the thermal conductivity can reach between 3-10W/mk.

Our company's thermally conductive alumina is produced by chemical methods with a whiteness of >99 and a purity of over 99.9%. One difference from ordinary thermally conductive powder fillers is that it does not affect the color of the product itself, and white plastic products do not appear gray.
